Don't forget to return your ACTIVITY/EXCURSION FORM and your ATHLETIC PERMISSION FORM. It's very important that these forms are returned if your child plans to take part in any sports based activities and to give your child permission to be involved in out-of-school activities that don't involve transportation (ie: visit to Springside park, take part in the Terry Fox walk).
