Soccer Try-Outs
Thanks to all the Grade 5 students who tried out for this year's soccer team. We were really lucky that they got the opportunity to try-out. The soccer teams will be posted on Monday morning on our athletics board.

Don't forget to get your Photo Release Form handed in so we can use pictures on our Twitter & Blog to show off our work!

Don't forget to return your ACTIVITY/EXCURSION FORM and your ATHLETIC PERMISSION FORM. It's very important that these forms are returned if your child plans to take part in any sports based activities and to give your child permission to be involved in out-of-school activities that don't involve transportation (ie: visit to Springside park, take part in the Terry Fox walk).

First Day a Big Success!
Your grade 5 teachers are happy to announce that we all made it through the first day of school! After creating spaghetti structures to hold marshmallows, rotating through 3 math centres and playing blindfolded soccer, it's safe to say it was a BIG success!
